Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Fair Forest LLC, your partner in load-to-load transportation services. These terms are designed to ensure a clear and mutually beneficial understanding between Fair Forest LLC and the Carrier.
Service provision
Fair Forest LLC offers load-to-load transportation services to Carriers without sign-up fees or contractual commitments. We believe in flexibility and transparency.
Termination
Carrier may terminate our services at any time and is not bound by a long-term contract. In the event of termination we ask that any outstanding invoices are settled promptly.
Commissions
Carrier pays a commission only after they have received payment from the broker for a load arranged through Fair Forest LLC.
Payment terms
Carrier is responsible for remitting the agreed commission to Fair Forest LLC promptly upon receiving payment from the broker for a load secured through Fair Forest LLC.
Financial obligations
Carrier acknowledges that any outstanding financial obligations to Fair Forest LLC, including unpaid commissions, must be settled before discontinuing use of our services.
Contacting you
We may contact you by SMS, email, and/or telephone regarding our services and support.
Freedom of choice
Carrier retains full autonomy to accept loads from other sources. There is no exclusive obligation to use Fair Forest LLC.
Termination notice
Should Carrier choose to terminate this agreement, written notice is appreciated. Upon termination, Carrier agrees to settle any outstanding financial obligations in a timely manner.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises we encourage both parties to engage in constructive dialogue to find an amicable solution. Where a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration.
